Congratulations on your pregnancy or new baby (babies)! You have begun a wonderful journey into parenthood, whether this is your first child or your tenth. We are three highly trained and passionate women who come to you with numerous years of experience behind our many talents, offering total support from pregnancy through postpartum. A doula is a neutral third party, non-judgmental woman caregiver, with a knowledgeable and quiet presence at your birth and/or in your home. Birth doulas offer continuous emotional and non-pharmacological support through labor and birth. Postpartum doulas bring that same level of care and support into your home as you recover from birth and adjust to life as a new parent.
